5/31 Introduction to Permaculture Design and Site Assessment Workshop

Patty Love, Program Director of Rochester Permaculture Center (RPC), and Tanya Rogers, Farmer at Shimmering Light Farm, both programs of Seeking Common Ground, Inc., are partnering to bring you a hands-on introduction to permaculture design workshop and site assessment.

At the workshop, you will:
*learn the ethics, principles, and applications of permaculture design
*learn the reason edible food forest gardening is so productive in our region
*learn sustainable (regenerative) gardening techniques
*take part in a site assessment of this 25 acre farm
*learn tools and techniques that you can use on any size property
*meet and spend the day with folks sharing your interest

When/Where:
Date/Time:  Saturday, May 31, 2104 9 am to 2 pm (brown bag lunch)
Location:  Hicks Road, Naples (full address and directions provided upon registration)
Tuition:  $40-60 (pay what you can afford)
Preregistration is required.

We are limiting the class size so that you can ask questions and participate in this hands-on day.  We hope you’ll join us at Shimmering Light Farm for this exciting event!

 Send a check payable to Rochester Permaculture Center, PO Box 18212, Rochester, NY 14618 by May 17, 2014  along with (1) your name, (2) your mailing address, (3) your email address, and (4) phone number. Additionally, please send us an email letting me know to expect you. 

Refund Policy Cancellations up to 2 weeks before the course begins will be refunded, excluding a processing fee of $100 or half of the class fee, whichever is less.  No refunds are given after that date.
